English Translation of the message before here by Peter (pk): With the following one time preparations the MIRROR LINE works completely well:
1. Make a firm stop bar, perfectly parallel to the x axis.
This parallelism can be achieved by re-milling (?) (nachfrazen) with the Profiler.
2. A very light (?) (federnder) and pointed centered pin (1 mm of steel-wire )will be plugged by a drilling hole in the center of this strip and stands out in y-direction from the border ?; this strip/bar ?).
3. A V-notch is attached in the center of the lower longitudinal fold of the plate. There the steel point presses in.
4. One (eccentric) fix (klemmung) on the opposite side of the plate (at the upper edge) will hold the pcb.
5. Determine exactly the centering place with the milling head of the Profiler and store the coordinates in the memory of ColiDrive. Here, on this place, comes the Mirror LINE by which the second side of the pcb can be produced.
After this pre-work can the pcb can be turned.
When milling pcb's next time the small notch is only manufactured again in each case with a triangular file (dreikant feile). That does not take more than 10 seconds.
People who work with the program "Target" instead of with "Eagle", can export the milling data (without the detour/roundabout/circuit via the ColiLiner program) directly to ColiDrive . "Target" produces three (3) mating holes (? 'Passbohrungen) for small dowel pins (?; Pass-Stifte) , which are put by the plate through into the layer under the material and which make turning of the pcb exactly possible. The Mirror LINE is then redundant.

See Peter's superb pcb milling results: http://www.elektor.de/forum/foren-ubersicht/foren-zu-elektor-projekten/colinbus-+-target.309609.lynkx Hi Peter,
Danke schon fur deine hilfe. I continue in English, if you don't mind, to express myself better.
It's good to see that several Dutch people here do read the German Elector forum and vice versa (including and not to forget the Swiss people

).
To be honest..., it's still not clear to me.
As you see, I did my best and translated everything to my best knowledge in English; for most Dutch people including me, easier to read.
Making a firm bar fixed on the base material in the x direction is clear. But the preparation of the other things is still unclear to me, especially the pins, the ecentric fix, the repetetive use of the triangular file.
So you wrote that if there was "Ein Notfall" you were able to give some further explanation/ photo's.
Well, if you will permit me ...:
"I hereby declare a Notfall"
. See you also on the German forum (which should be read by all the people here too; very informative).
